YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You configure and deploy loyalty campaigns in SessionM platform, setting up earning rules, redemption mechanics, and program parameters with precision and attention to detail
You build and execute corresponding marketing communications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email campaigns, automated journeys, and personalized messaging that align with campaign objectives
You conduct comprehensive testing of all campaigns before launch, including functionality validation, data verification, and user experience testing to ensure flawless execution
You monitor campaign performance and technical functionality postlaunch, compile regular performance reports for the Loyalty Marketing Manager, and provide operational insights for optimization
You maintain data integrity between CRM and loyalty systems, create customer segments for targeted communications, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless customer experiences
You partner closely with the Loyalty Marketing Manager to translate strategic objectives into technical execution plans and collaborate with CRM, IT, and Customer Service teams for operational alignment
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Technical Aptitude You bring 24 years of experience in CRM operations, marketing automation, or similar technical marketing roles with strong ability to quickly master new platforms
Marketing Technology You have handson experience with marketing automation tools and customer data management, with preference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SessionM, or similar platforms
Data Skills You are proficient in SQL for data extraction, segmentation, and analysis to support campaign setup and performance evaluation
Process Management You are detailoriented with excellent organizational skills and systematic approach to campaign setup, testing, and documentation
Collaboration You excel at working with crossfunctional teams, communicating technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders, and translating strategic requirements into operational execution
ProblemSolving You are a proactive troubleshooter who takes ownership of technical challenges, identifies root causes, and implements effective solutions independently
