Leverage AI & automation tools to personalize and scale CRM initiatives efficiently.
Drive revenue impact by improving pipeline velocity, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention.
Ensure CRM hygiene and monitor key KPIs to optimize lifecycle performance.
Work crossfunctionally to align CRM efforts with business goals.
