  • Leverage AI and automation tools to personalize and scale CRM initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure CRM hygiene to optimize lifecycle performance.

Our software helps financial institutions, corporates and crypto native companies navigate the fragmented digital asset landscape with confidence. We have raised $26m to date and are backed by tier 1 crypto and non crypto investors: Point Nine, 1kx, BlueYard, Tim Draper, Alven and Ledger Cathay. Some of our clients include top institutions like Circle, Uniswap or the Government of El Salvador.

Location

We are a remote first company, however for this Growth Owner role, you must be based in London or the United Kingdom, with the ability to easily come to our London office on a monthly basis.

About The Role

We’re looking for a CRM Ops Marketer to build and scale AIpowered, highly personalized customer journeys that drive activation, adoption, expansion, and retention.

You’ll work closely with Growth Owners, Sales, Product, and Events to turn our CRM into a strategic growth engine. Powering multichannel campaigns that meet customers with the right message, at the right time, in the right place.

This is a role for a CRM expert with AI instincts, a creative edge, and a drive to make every customer touchpoint count.
