About the Role

This is a 20 hours per week, parttime role.

As a Brightline Therapist you will:

  • Support children and teens ages 0 to 17 years and their caregivers, using evidencebased approaches such as CBT and parentmanagement training for the duration of their care plan

  • Coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, and others relevant to youth care

  • Complete thorough clinical documentation within Brightline’s standard of ethical care

  • Complete required trainings and stay uptodate with Brightline’s standards of care, tools, policies and procedures

      As a Brightline Therapist you should have:

      • A passion for our mission to redefine behavioral health for children and their families

      • Unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD licensure(s) *qualified applicants must be able to work to our standards without supervision

      • Availability to provide care within Brightlines peak hours (2pm8pm)

        • This is a 20 hours per week, parttime role.

          • At least 3 years of experience practicing independently (without supervision)

          • Expertise delivering evidencebased interventions for children and families including CBT (e.g., conducting exposures, behavioral activation), Parent Management Training (PMT) , and other evidencebased practices for youth

          • Experience providing 1:1 care in a telehealthvideo setting

                    • *This is a remote, 100% teletherapy position. The target annual salary range for this role is $81,576 to $108,000, based on a 40hour workweek. Actual compensation will be adjusted to reflect the number of hours worked. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including licensure, experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
