Automation Test Lead Automation tester test lead who can work on test strategy and approach for automation, should have strong hands on experience on Selenium (Python preferred, but okay with C#Java with a learning curve for Python).
Job Description
1. 7 to 10 years experience in Testing
2. Core skills of Requirement analysis, test scenarioscases preparation, test execution, defect management is a must
3. Manual Testing is a must
4. Experience in RESTSOAP APIs using Postman or any other Tool – must – GRPC is prefererable
5. Automation knowledge is must (API, Selenium)
6. Good Exposure to CICD Pipelines
7. Good handson experience and expertise on javascript
8. Experience in using any test management tools like ALM, Azure DevOps (VSTS) or JIRA
9. Experienced in Azure DevOps for E2E test management with Automation
10. Manage the creation of detailed Test Scripts, including process of stakeholder review and signoff
11. Manage the creation of detailed Test Data, including process of stakeholder review and signoff
12. Coordinate the execution of the of all test cycles, including providing clarity on defect severity & priority
13. Assist in tracking and reporting status of the overall testing activity to Stakeholders
14. Actively look for opportunities for continuous improvement to accelerate testing cycles and reduce the efforts with automation
