Job Title: Lead Generator B2B Cold Calling Specialist
Location: South Africa (Remote)
Target Market: New Zealand

Salary R15 000pm and Huge Commission of R5000 per successful business deal you introduce - the average is 3 x a week (Here's a chance to earn a doctors salary) capped at R60 000 p/m

The ideal candidate will be a true door-opening professional who thrives on cold calling, identifying decision-makers, and setting up high-quality meetings for our sales team, However Leads are 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume B2B cold calling to generate leads and identify decision-makers in target organizations.
  • At least 80 Business Prospective calls a day
  • Research and qualify potential clients within the New Zealand market.
  • Set up appointments and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet and exceed lead generation targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years B2B cold calling and lead generation experience. A proven track record of success in this area is non-negotiable.
  • Sales Career Commitment: Sales must be your career, not just a job we need someone passionate about making an impact.
  • Business Acumen: Must possess strong business savvy, built through prior professional experience, to engage effectively with senior decision-makers.
  • International Sales: Proven experience working with international markets, ideally selling to businesses in English-speaking countries.
  • Fluency: Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken) 100% fluency is essential.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 25 years or older.
  • Availability: Must be able to start immediately.
