As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a virtual work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable Receivables: Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions. Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Billing: Generate and issue invoices to clients. Verify billing accuracy and resolve any billingrelated issues. Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary billing information.
  • Bank Reconciliations Collections: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables, facilitating collections.
  • Payroll Processing: Administer the endtoend payroll process, including data entry, validation, and distribution of paychecks.Stay uptodate on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Invoicing: Prepare and submit invoices to clients in a timely manner. Coordinate with project managers and team leads to gather relevant invoicing information.
    • Requirements

      • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
      • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
      • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc)
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
      • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
      • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
      • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
      • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plus
      • Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
      • High school diploma or equivalent.
