Job description

Join us as a Behavioral Health Coach on our innovative telehealth platform, Intellect, where you’ll empower clients to enhance their mental wellbeing and achieve personal growth. Using your expertise, you’ll guide clients through personalized, 30minute video sessions designed around their unique goals.

This flexible freelance role allows you to set your own schedule, making it an ideal supplement to your existing job or private practice.

What Youll Do

Provide 1on1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect’s clients

Focus on nonclinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, worklife balance etc.

Support clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goals

Collaborate with our internal clinical team to continuously enhance our platform and programs.

Requirements
Qualifications:

Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master’sPostgraduate Diploma in Counseling

Expertise: Proficiency in coaching methods and evidencebased approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)

Experience: ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ postgraduation clinical hours

Languages: Fluency in English and the local language

Preferred Background: Experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
