Key responsibilities:

Create and manage operational process documents and workflows.

Identify, assess, manage, and report operational risk events.

Handle internal audits and inspections.

Prepare and present reports to senior management.

Job Title: Operational Risk Analyst

Location: Chennai

Notice Period: 30 to Max 45 Days

Total Experience: 57 Years

Responsibilities:

Create and manage Operational Process Documents and workflows
Identify, Assess, Manage and Report Operational Risk events in a consistent manner
Handle Internal AuditsInspections
Prepare presentation materials and present to Senior Management
Requirements:
Bachelor’sMaster’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
57 years of overall experience in Banking Domain, with working experience in Operational Risk Management required
Knowledge of Risk and Control Assessment Techniques and concepts
Experience in process Migration is an added advantage
Certification in Risk Management or process improvement techniques such as Lean Six Sigma or JAIIBCAIIB is a plus
Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Skills:
Good communication skills
Good analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work in a team and trainguide new staff
Structured and logical approach to working
Open to work in rotational shifts
