Job description

We are looking for a Manager Mergers & Acquisitions for a global ecommerce platform.

Job Profile:
Financial Evaluation of Targets
Play Key role in initiation and implementation of action plans for due diligence as well as for the formulation of preferred routes of approach. Actively communicate with crossfunctional departments in support of the diligence and investigation of prospective opportunities. in enabling successful transaction execution and integration.
Conducting duediligence reviews on prospective target companies from a historical and future tax perspective
Review and work out the Valuation of new Investment Opportunities using appropriate valuation methods
Review and work out the Valuation of funding rounds and the businesses of the company, including its various verticals, using appropriate valuation method
Formulating and Implementing Strategies for funding considering the strategic goals of the organization.
Work out restructuring options to maximize Fundraising Potential and Tax planning.

Requirement:
All India top rank holder CA + CFA CS (Preferred)
35 years of conducting valuations of businesses and companies for investment rounds
Command over financial statements and financial ratios
Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and valuation techniques
Good understanding of capital markets
