About this role
We’re seeking an Agency Business Manager to join our award winning Reach Studio! We are looking for a first rate media sales person who is able to give us an unfair advantage in winning content partnership briefs, helping us drive revenue and propel our reputation further using your connections & experience of the market.
In this role your patch will be large with limited territory restrictions, allowing you to work creatively and strategically to meet your goals. Your experience in the media content and agency world will allow you to develop and implement a strategy for success, where you will obtain briefs, increase conversion rates on pitches, develop proactive opportunities and maintain excellent agency relationships.
Not based in Manchester? That’s fine! As long as you’re available to come into the office on a weekly basis (we’re open on how many days you’d like to come in each week) then we’re open on location for the right person.
What you need to succeed
In a nutshell, we’re looking for a proactive media sales individual with solid experience either with a media owner or media agency. It’s key that you have excellent knowledge of the landscape, and you’ll have an excellent profile in the media industry with influential relationships across agency planning and content teams.
It is essential that you possess strong working knowledge of the branded content marketplace as well as Digital, National and Regional Press media. You’ll be an expert in relationship building with the ability to build a strong network of internal stakeholder relationships, and will be able to think commercially in order to identify and maximise revenue opportunities.
So, if you have a track record for hunting down new business opportunities, are focussed on understanding your clients’ needs, and have an infectious enthusiasm and passion for digital first content solutions, this might just be the role for you!
