About this role
We’re looking for an Affiliates Account Manager to accelerate our commercial affiliate strategy across our National and Regional titles and keep us ahead in a highly competitive market. You’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day partner relationships, negotiate the best possible commercial terms, and work hand‑in‑glove with our Editorial Affiliate teams to turn insight into action.
From Tech and Fashion to Health & Beauty and Sport, you’ll spot where the demand is, shape category playbooks, and launch campaigns that drive tangible revenue. A big part of your remit will be growing our fixed‑fee income while also securing market‑leading CPACPC rates, testing new formats, and opening up fresh revenue streams with networks, top‑tier retailers and emerging partners.
You’ll keep the pipeline full, the deals sharp, and the delivery tight, continually refining our approach so we’re outperforming the market and moving quickly on new opportunities.
What youll need to succeed:
To thrive here you’ll bring a proven track record of hitting commercial targets in affiliates, with hands‑on experience working directly with networks, retailers and advertisers.
You’re a confident negotiator who can secure value on both sides of the table, and you’re just as comfortable diving into data as you are pitching a new idea.
You’ll have practical know‑how across key affiliate platforms and analytics tools, and you’ll use insights from multiple sources internal dashboards, partner reports and market data to understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to pivot next.
Perhaps you are already doing this for a lifestyle vertical or specialist publisher and fancy bringing your skills and experience to our range of National titles including the Daily Mirror, Daily Express and Daily Star, or maybe you work at an affiliate network, agency or retailer and want to move over to the publisher side.

We are offering a Salary up to £51,000 per annum + bonus for the right candidate.
