Augmedics is a medical device startup company that is transforming spine surgery with Xvision System the first augmented reality surgical navigation system.

We are looking for an Associate Sales Representative (ASR) who will be responsible for driving adoption and utilization of the xvision system in hospitals through training, account management, and field support.

As an ASR, you will:

✔ Play a critical role in shaping the future of surgical navigation.

✔ Manage multiple accounts and increase utilization of the Xvision system.

✔ Conduct basic system training for hospital surgical teams, radiology techs, and sterile processing departments (SPD).

✔ Build and maintain strong communication and relationships with surgeons and OR teams.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, passionate about training and supporting medical teams.

✔ Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.

✔ Analytical, time management, organization and planning, and interpersonal skills.

✔ Team player with a flexible and proactive mindset, able to collaborate with crossfunctional teams

✔ Ready to travel (up to 50%) and make a direct impact in the field.
