Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can work with our customers and project teams to identify, research, and recommend cloudbased network technologies that meet the customer’s requirements. Additionally, the candidate must be able to troubleshoot internal and external network and cloudrelated issues and provide recommendations. They will be expected to drive the resolution of complex application issues through packet capture, vpc flow log, and application traffic flow analysis. Candidates must be able to work both as part of a team and individually. Lastly, they will need to operationalize and deliver engineering documentation and knowledge transfer sessions to tier1 support teams.

Candidate Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of infrastructure experience. Additionally, they must have 5+ years in data center network engineering and support and 2+ years in cloud engineering and support. Extensive experience with multicloud architecture in a network is required, along with experience troubleshooting multicloud networks. Candidates should have experience with network infrastructure services, including routing protocols, IPsec VPNs, load balancing, firewalls, NAT, DNS, DHCP. Besides, experience with VPCs, VPNs, Direct Connect, Route53, PrivateLink is a must. Candidates should also be familiar with infrastructure as code tools like CloudFormation, Ansible, and Terraform, enterprise change and release management processes and requirements. Lastly, certification in at least one of the cloud providers (preferably Azure or IBM Cloud. GCPAWS, and OCI also relevant “nice to have”) with excellent technical documentation and reporting skills.
