InnovateEDU is searching for a Manager of Marketing and Communications to lead our dynamic team and shape the voice of an organization dedicated to catalyzing education transformation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be the architect of our brand, the conductor of our campaigns, and the champion of our story. We are a fastcharging organization, and were looking for a leader who can not only keep pace but set it, masterfully juggling multiple workstreams while inspiring a team to produce exceptional, highimpact work.
This is a fulltime, remote position. While we embrace the flexibility of virtual work, our team primarily collaborates during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
This role requires a leader who thrives on toggling between the strategic and the tactical. You will be responsible for architecting our longterm communications vision and leading the teams direction, but you must also be ready to roll up your sleeves and drive the handson execution. Your responsibilities will range from highlevel planning to the critical, ontheground details of webinar preparation, event management, and daytoday website oversight, ensuring our bigpicture goals are flawlessly implemented.

We use a thirdparty service to determine a fair market rate for this role based on your skills, experience, and location.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 $105,000 annually.
