Job Summary:


Genesis Consulting has an immediate opportunity for an experienced, Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant with a passion for growth and business transformation for a public sector client in Seattle, WA. Duties and Responsibilities:


The OCM Lead will be part of a team working to assist the client in building out organizational change strategies, communications plans, and learning and enablement roadmaps to support the implementation of SAP Concur Travel and Expense cloud software. Duties include but may not be limited to:


· Define and manage the overall Organizational Change Strategy approach in collaboration with dependent workstreams such as learning, communications, change management risks and stakeholder management

· Develop and execute a central change strategy implementation and roadmap

· Conduct stakeholder analyses to develop and implement a communication strategy for internal and external stakeholders

· Ability to leverage innovation and multiple mediums to deliver communications to various stakeholder groups

· Develop and deliver enduser training curriculum

· Create and implement custom education programs that demonstrate knowledge of Adult Learning Principles and incorporate best practice delivery techniques

· Plan, design, develop, organize, write, and edit instructorled training content as well as storyboards for electronic learning modules (WBT, CBT, elearning)

· Conduct training needs assessments

· Develop course objectives and design plan based on assessment results

· Interview Subject Matter Experts and clients to collect necessary information to design and develop blended education solutions

· Conceptualize and develop evaluation measures including knowledge checks, course evaluations, and tests

· Build and maintain client relationships by consistently delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations

· Status reporting, issue identification, problem solving

· Create and manage the development and execution of the core elements of change initiatives, including, but not limited to: stakeholder engagement planstrategy; communications strategyplan; training strategyplan.

· Support execution of change campaigns aligned with overall change strategy and approach



Requirements
Minimum QualificationsExperience:


· 5+ years of Organizational Change Management lead experience in Public Sector

· 5+ years of experience transformation experience with SAP cloud solutions

· Experience in organizational design as well as operating & change delivery models is required

· High comfortability working closely with senior leadership throughout the organization.

· Expert knowledge in MS Office tools: Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Teams, SharePoint

· Prior experience designing training documents

· Proven ability to develop engaging and effective training curriculum to provide essential knowledge and enhance user adoption

· Knowledge of Instructional Design Theory and Adult Learning Principles

· Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure with multiple deadlines

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills; strong executive presence, including the ability to partner with and effectively influence multiple stakeholders; ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders

· Professional Services Big 4 Consulting Experience

· Classroom Training Experience


Minimum Education:


· Bachelor’s Degree – Required

· PROSCI certifications desired
