Were currently seeking an experienced NonFunctional Test Manager to join a key programme in the Defined Benefits Pension domain.

Role Overview:

This role will focus on providing assurance across a range of nonfunctional testing activities for a largescale transformation programme. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership and technical oversight in ensuring system resilience, performance, and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assure nonfunctional testing across workstreams
  
• Define and manage test approaches for:
  
• • TOM (Target Operating Model) data flows
    
  • Performance and load testing
    
  • Disaster Recovery (DR) and backup validation
    
  • • Work closely with delivery and infrastructure teams to ensure NFRs are clearly defined and met
      
    • Review supplier test strategies and execution reports
      
    • Support risk mitigation and quality assurance activities
      

    • Requirements:
      

      • Proven experience as a NonFunctional Test Manager in complex environments
        
      • Strong background in pension platforms, ideally Defined Benefits
        
      • Handson understanding of data flow testing, DR, and performance testing methodologies
        
      • Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
