We’re looking for a highly organised and dependable Business Support Administrator to support our Operations department in the smooth running of day-to-day activities. This is a key role in a remote-first organisation and requires someone who can work independently, stay on top of tasks, and communicate clearly across teams. Reporting will be a core part of this role, so experience in compiling and presenting reports is essential.

Key responsibilities & duties include: 

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the wider Operations function
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across departments
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Assist with internal reporting and tracking of operational metrics
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure information is up to date and accessible
  • Support clear communication and follow-up on action items across teams
  • Help drive organisation and process improvements across business operations
  • Stay on top of priorities and ensure deadlines are met

Required Skills: 

  • Several years’ experience in a business support or administrative role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated experience in reporting and using tools like Microsoft Excel to compile and present data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for professional presentations
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Reliable, self-sufficient, and comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Able to work collaboratively while also driving things forward independently
