Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Norwegianspeaking clients, ensuring topnotch service and support.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an indepth understanding of the companys products and industry trends to better serve clients.
  • Document all sales activities and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and share best practices.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development initiatives.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken;
      • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in a B2B environment.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
      • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for business growth.
      • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a proactive approach to challenges.
      • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
      • Willingness to relocate to Greece and fully embrace a new cultural experience.
