Responsibilities
  • Deliver toptier customer support to Norwegianspeaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries regarding streaming services effectively and promptly.
  • Stay updated on company offerings and features to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions diligently in the company’s CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service strategies and solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to improving team performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
    • Requirements

      • Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is mandatory.
      • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
      • Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
      • Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
      • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
      • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer interaction platforms is preferred.
      • Positive mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow in a new cultural environment.
