We are looking for a smart, reliable, and detailoriented Marketing Assistant to join us fulltime. Youll play a key role in helping us grow our business by supporting both outbound lead generation and a contentdriven LinkedIn marketing funnel
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Cold Email Lead Generation & Outreach (Business Development)
· Build lead lists of local small business owners using tools like Google Maps, Apollo.io, RocketReach, and online databases
· Research business owners via LinkedIn and other sources to personalize outreach
· Help craft personalized subject lines and first sentences for cold emails
· Monitor and flag replies so our founder can take over the conversation
· Use and maintain simple tracking and followup systems
2. Content Marketing Funnel Support (LinkedInFocused)
· Assist with building a network of local business owners on LinkedIn
· Create and maintain a content calendar mapped to the funnel stage
· Help with basic video postproduction and upload content (video + written)
· Repurpose LinkedIn content for Facebook if needed
· Create lead magnets and email drip campaigns using ActiveCampaign
· Set up and manage scheduling via a calendar tool, ensuring reminders go out to booked leads
