About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Media Buyer to join our remote team. This role is also commonly referred to as a Paid Ads Specialist, Performance Marketer, PPC Specialist, or Digital Advertising Expert, depending on your background and industry experience.

What Will You Do?

  • Plan, launch, and manage highROAS paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Write compelling ad copy and short video scripts that drive clicks and conversions.
  • Conduct AB testing on ad creatives and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
  • Track & analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and test new ad strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Paid Media Manager and design, content, web, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and effective.
    • Requirements

      Qualifications:

      • 3+ years of experience in managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns.
      • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications.
      • Work experience in a digital marketing (advertising) agency.
      • Professional English fluency.
      • Strong marketing knowledge and ability to write persuasive sales copy.
        • Bonus points:

          • Experience with Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other platforms.
          • Google Analytics Certification.
            • Worktimings:

              • 9 am5 pm EST workday (Monday Friday). Fully remote .
