Job Title: Operation Head Tower Industry

The Operation Head Tower Industry will be responsible for directing all production activities towards the goal of cost reduction and timesaving improvements. The successful candidate will also be tasked with implementing and maintaining 5S activities in the plant, ensuring smooth functioning and fostering a good work culture, and focusing on PPC and targetoriented goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing all production activities towards the goal of cost reduction and timesaving improvements
• Implementing and maintaining 5S activities in the plant
• Ensuring smooth functioning and fostering a good work culture
• Focusing on PPC and targetoriented goals
• Monitoring all production processes and implementing changes as necessary to optimize performance
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Managing and developing a team of production staff

• Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1012 years experience in a similar role
  • SAP knowledge
  • PPC expertise
