The Construction Systems Administrator plays a key role in supporting our clients’ construction technology platforms, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations through expert system configuration, user support, and training. What you’ll do…
- Configure and maintain system workflows, templates, and settings
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions across assigned platforms
- Document system configurations, processes, and recommendations
- Provide responsive user support and troubleshoot technical issues
- Develop and deliver training sessions and materials as needed
- Generate reports and summaries of administrative tasks and system improvements
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align system performance with strategic goals
- Support specialized construction platforms (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Trimble Unity Connect, etc.) as assigned
You should have...
- 5–8 years of experience in construction technology or project delivery
- Proficiency with platforms like Procore, e-Builder, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar
- Experience with system configuration, including workflows and permissions
- Skilled in user support, training, and platform documentation
- Strong communication and client-facing abilities
- Ability to analyze and summarize system usage and performance
- Self-directed, adaptable, and responsive to evolving needs
- Bonus: Experience developing training materials or supporting change management
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a technical field, or business administration (MBA)
- Mission‑Critical Experience: 3–5yrs total construction management, with ≥3 yrs leading data‑center or other 24/7, mission‑critical builds.
- Owner’s‐Side Leadership: Proven track record acting as the client/owner’s voice—overseeing GCs, controlling scope, cost, schedule, and risk on fast‑track projects.
- Project Controls Proficiency: Primavera P6 or MS Project for schedules; cost/change management in Procore or similar; adept with BIM (Revit/Navisworks) and Bluebeam.
- Communication & Stakeholder Skills: Clear, persuasive communicator who can drive alignment among design teams, trades, and executive stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: Decisive, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure; proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions that protect budget, schedule, and quality.
