Role Overview

We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to elevate the digital presence of Assembly Industries and its leadership team. This role combines social media management with growth marketing strategy, with a particular focus on LinkedIn growth for both the company account and the CEO/founders’ personal brands.

You’ll craft compelling, on-brand content, run targeted growth experiments, and leverage analytics to continuously refine strategies. The ideal candidate blends creative flair with data-driven decision making, has a strong eye for design, and understands how to engage audiences across platforms while building thought leadership in the AI and tech space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Growth Strategy: Develop and execute content plans that grow followers, engagement, and reach especially on LinkedIn for both company and leadership accounts.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and thought-leadership campaigns.
  • Brand Alignment: Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
  • Creative Design: Design static and dynamic assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics, generate reports, and apply insights to maximize content impact.
  • Trend Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership and internal teams to source ideas and align on messaging priorities.
     
A Day in the Life
  • Review performance analytics and highlight top-performing posts.
  • Draft and schedule LinkedIn content for both the company and leadership profiles.
  • Create visuals and finalize copy for upcoming campaigns.
  • Meet with leadership to brainstorm thought-leadership content.
  • Research emerging trends and competitor activity for inspiration.
  • Test new formats, posting times, or engagement strategies to boost reach.
  • Summarize daily insights and share optimization recommendations.
  • Plan next-day content and note future campaign ideas.
     
Key Skills & Qualifications

Creative & Strategic

  • Proven ability to grow and engage social audiences (LinkedIn experience strongly preferred).
  • Skilled storyteller with an eye for brand-building and thought leadership.

Technical & Analytical

  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Familiar with analytics tools and comfortable making data-driven decisions.

Organized & Collaborative

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience

  • 2-4 years in social media, growth marketing, or digital content creation.

This is a remote based role based out of Pakistan.
