Responsibilities

Managing operational aspects of the exchange platform, with a strong emphasis on content creation and optimization
Enhancing and optimizing platform operational tools such as outreach tools, user authentication, and version management
Leading the execution of key business projects, ensuring coordination and timely delivery
Developing foundational content including user education materials and help guides, focusing on improving user experience
Participating in the design and development of core products, overseeing requirements, development, and deployment processes

Requirements

Bachelors degree or higher with 38 years of experience in internet operations
Exceptional communication skills, particularly in the context of internetbased projects
Proficiency in data analysis, utilizing insights to drive operational optimizations.
Demonstrated product management capabilities, including experience in requirement documentation and development oversight
Preferred: Prior experience in the financial industry
Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
