PartTime Virtual Assistant – Modeling Agency (Remote)

We are looking for a PartTime Virtual Assistant to support a modeling agency in Los Angeles California. The role involves client and model coordination, administrative and marketing support.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, emails, and files
  • Coordinate with clients and models for bookings and updates
  • Assist with social media posts and engagement
  • Prospect and engage potential clients
    • Qualifications:

      • Experience as a VA or Admin Assistant (preferred)
      • Organized, detailoriented, and proactive
      • Good communication skills
      • Familiar with MS OfficeGoogle Workspace & social media platforms
      • Background in modelingfashion is a plus
        • Graveyard Schedule:

          Must be available during client’s working hours

          • LA PST time 8:00am12:00pm (11:00pm 3:00am PHT).
          • Sometimes schedule changes to LA PST time 1:00 5:00pm (4:00am 8:00am PHT)
