Performance Marketing Manager

Parttime (20 hrs per week), Remote (South Africa)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with exceptional expertise in Meta Ads to take full ownership of paid acquisition strategy and execution. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth through creative testing, campaign optimization, and budget management across Meta and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate is not just a campaign manager, but a strategic operator who thrives on scaling winning ads, testing new creative angles, and extracting insights from data to fuel continuous growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead creative testing: briefing, asset direction, and iterative testing to identify scalable ideas.

  • Manage endtoend campaign execution across Meta Ads and Google Ads (primary focus on Meta).

  • Continuously optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other KPIs, scaling campaigns that deliver results.

  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to produce highperforming ad assets.

  • Implement AB testing strategies across targeting, creatives, and landing pages.

  • Monitor industry trends and platform updates to innovate and stay ahead of competitors.

  • Manage and report on budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend allocation.

  • Provide transparent performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

    • Requirements
      • 5+ years of handson performance marketing experience, with a proven track record of scaling Meta Ads profitably at significant budgets.

      • Strong experience managing performance campaigns for European brands or in highly competitive markets.

      • Deep knowledge of creative testing, audience segmentation, and growth optimization.

      • Handson expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; TikTok Ads a plus.

      • Datadriven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel (or equivalent).

      • Experience with DTC ecommerce brands preferred.

      • Strategic operator: decisive, fastmoving, and resultsoriented.

      • Excellent communication skills, able to work crossfunctionally with creative and product teams.

      • Availability to work 20 hours per week, aligned with CET
