Job description

DSI, a premier Dallasbased sales enablement and custom business solutions company, has an immediate career opportunity for a Zoho DeveloperProject Manager. This person will oversee the development and optimization of our Zoho CRM platform for a new division inside DSI.

This role combines technical expertise with crossfunctional leadership to ensure our CRM infrastructure supports scalable business growth, integrates seamlessly with other systems, and delivers operational excellence across teams. The ideal candidate will act as both a technical architect and strategic project manager, ensuring Zoho implementations align with companywide goals, particularly in areas such as sales pipeline management, onboarding automation, and marketing workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Key ResponsibilitiesScope

      Zoho CRM Development & Customization

      • Design, build, and optimize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automations using Deluge scripting
      • Develop rulebased task management and automated dealer lifecycle stages
      • Automate paperwork, onboarding, background checks, and program flow processes within Zoho
        • CRM Integration & Workflow Automation

          • Integrate Zoho CRM with thirdparty tools including web forms, recruiter channels, background check platforms, marketing tools, and APIs
          • Lead integration between Zoho and systems such as Microsoft Business Central, Domo, Monday.com, and SQLbased databases
          • Consolidate and centralize customer and dealer data to enable realtime access and crossdepartmental collaboration
            • Sales Pipeline & Marketing Optimization

              • Streamline and automate inbound lead capture from web and recruiter sources
              • Configure followup sequences and personalized outreach campaigns triggered by behavioral data
              • Build dashboards and operational analytics to monitor dealer activity, sales performance, and field operations
                • Project Management & CrossFunctional Leadership

                  • Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
                  • Manage CRMrelated projects across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Service Delivery
                  • Establish structured workflows for team accountability and data governance
                    • Support, Training & Documentation

                      • Serve as an internal Zoho subject matter expert
                      • Maintain data quality, enforce system governance, and document workflows
                      • Provide enduser support and training to promote adoption and selfsufficiency
                        • Requirements

                          • Strong experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and Campaigns. Certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Developer, Zoho Creator Certified Developer) are a plus
                              • Deluge Scripting: Proficiency in scripting to build custom functions, workflows, and automation logic
                              • API Integration Experience integrating Zoho with thirdparty tools via REST APIs.
                              • Workflow Automation Ability to design and implement automated processes within and across Zoho apps
                              • Data Modeling & CRM Architecture Understanding of relational data models, data governance, and CRM design principles
                              • Reporting & Dashboards Building analytical dashboards and generating operational reports using Zoho Analytics, Domo, or similar BI tools
                              • Bonus Experience with SQL, Zapier, MakeIntegromat, JavaScript, or web development is a strong advantage
