We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as Lead SharePoint 2016 Developer.

Compensation:
USD 3.8K - 4.5K/month.

Location:
Remote (for Colombia, Perú, Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador, Brasil, Chile, República Dominicana, Uruguay, México, and Panamá residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in SharePoint 2016.
  • You are expert in PowerShell, Microsoft SQL Server, C#, and SharePoint development.
  • You are proficient in Agile methodologies, code review, Git, and Scrum.

Responsibilities and more:
We are looking for a seasoned Lead SharePoint Developer to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions in a centralized SharePoint 2016 environment. You will combine hands-on development with technical leadership, guiding junior developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and customize SharePoint 2016 solutions (workflows, web parts, templates, content types).
  • Integrate SharePoint with external systems (REST APIs, CSOM, JSOM).
  • Lead migrations from legacy systems to SharePoint 2016.
  • Ensure governance, security, and architectural best practices.
  • Mentor developers, review code, and resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and support modernization discussions (SharePoint Online, SPFx).


Requisitos
  • 5+ years of SharePoint development (3+ with SharePoint 2016).
  • Strong in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PowerShell, SQL Server.
  • Experience with Git, branching strategies, and code reviews.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with SPFx, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 integrations (Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams).
  • Knowledge of migration strategies and regulated industries (HIPAA, FedRAMP, NIST).
  • Microsoft certifications (MS-600, PL-400 or similar).
