Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate across our tech, product, and sales team to develop a strategic marketing roadmap to target SMEβs, Startups and Freelancers.
Develop a deep understanding of the product offerings and evolve its positioning, messaging, and differentiation.
Conduct market research and use data to understand the competitive landscape and what our prospective clients need to be successful.
Work across adoption, product, and design teams to create effective product content for our clients.
Develop creative material to support our talent acquisition and client activities.
Support overall branding, PR, and general marketing initiatives including web, social media, and direct outreach.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Scale the impact of product by supporting strategic 3rd party integrations.
Own strategy and creation across all content types (such as web, pitch decks, demo scripts, customer stories, videos, productsales collateral, thought leadership and datasheets.)
Requirements:
5+ years of product marketing experience.
Ideally, 3+ years of working experience in fintechB2B SaaSany tech productbased environment.
Experience in marketing products to large target groups and navigating buyers of prospective organizations.
Experience in planning and rolling out largescale marketing campaigns and possess the ability to identify improvements using a datadriven approach with product teams.
Experience in market research, messaging, positioning, and branding.
Proven experience working with global marketing, product, and sales teams. (Having global experience is an added advantage)
Proven track record in developing marketing content including clientfacing materials, communications, and value propositions.
Datadriven with an appetite to uncover client insights and measure the impact of product marketing efforts.
Previous experience working within the broader financeB2B industry is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail.
Strong public speaking skills and comfortable presenting to groups of 50 β 100+.
Strong understanding of digital marketing industry dynamics, especially brand advertising as it pertains to the new age startups.
