Good communication skills and Consistent profiles are required for this role.
Required Skills8+ years of working experience in IT Project Management and at least 4+ years managing projects using Agile methodology.
Bachelor’s degree in EngineeringITMathsStatistics, or MBA with specialization in Operations.
Experience in Delivery Project Management and Client Implementations is a must.
Good knowledge and understanding of concepts related to SDLC, agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and FDD, PMP, Lean, and Six Sigma.

ResponsibilitiesTaking ownership of project deliverables and participate in the full lifecycle of the development process.
Lead and coach the scrum team(s) in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
Guide and assist Product Owner and development team to adopt and use Agile practices and principles.
Facilitate daily standup, sprint planning, backlog grooming, review, retrospective, and releases.
Create or analyze business requirements documentsSOWs and project timelines.
Coordination of tasks among teams in US and India.
Collaborate with interdepartment teams for issue resolution.
Track progress and budgetary adherence of all projects.
Constantly monitor and report on plan, progress, and risks to all stakeholders, identify issues and bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis, and evaluate performance.
Ensure timely completion of all activities for customer ‘Go Live’.
Ensure Project Assurance is implemented and strictly adhered to.
