Roles & Responsibilities

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in mortgage underwriting.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in affordable mortgages or micro LAP market.
  • Strong skills in mortgage underwriting and portfolio management.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working in an NBFC.

Requirements:

  • Manage the end-to-end portfolio of affordable mortgages.
  • Underwrite and sanction home loans and loans against property in Delhi NCR.
  • Supervise a team of credit managers for underwriting processes.
  • Conduct meetings and discussions with customers to assess their loan requirements.

Job description

We are looking for a Regional Credit Manager for a RBI registered Series A funded NBFC founded by Senior Bankers and IIT Delhi Alumini.

Job Profile:
End to End responsibility for Portfolio management – building a high quality affordable mortgage portfolio
Underwriting and sanction of Home loanloan against property files in Delhi NCR
Manage a large team for Credit Managers for LAPHL underwriting
Supervising the timely preparation of MIS reports
Meeting and personal discussion (PD) with customers to understand their business, profile and loan requirement .

Requirements
1015 yr experience in mortgage underwriting
3 5 yr min experience in Affordable Mortgages Micro LAP Market Credit
Strong mortgage underwriting skills with proactive portfolio management
Must have 7+ years of experience in a NBFC.
Should have a clear legal & technical knowledge of Delhi NCR.
Strong team management experience to complete within TAT (SalesCredit) Business
