    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of experience in the games industry or software QA.
      • 2+ years of experience in a QA leadership or supervisory role.
      • At least 2 shipped titles on AA+AAA andor multiplatform releases.
      • Strong experience with test automation β€” including designing, implementing, and maintaining test frameworks and test cases.
      • Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CICD pipelines.
      • Solid understanding of QA for localization, certification, and performance testing.
      • Experience managing both internal teams and external vendors.
      • Strong communication and documentation skills.
      • Flexible, proactive mindset with a handson approach when needed.
        • Bonus Points

          • Experience with automated testing tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or similar.
          • Exposure to Unity, Unreal, or other game engines.
          • Understanding of performanceload testing and telemetrybased QA.
          • Experience working in AgileScrum development environments.
          • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript) for test automation development.
          • Experience transitioning teams from predominantly manual QA to automationfocused workflows.
          • Experience with giving feedback on qualitylook & feel for game features etc.
          • Experience working with games in EA as well as organizing large scale playtests & handling feedback.
                • Responsibilities

                  • Define and implement overall QA testing strategy, processes, and standards across the project.
                  • Work with technical leads to ensure our automated tests are robust, efficient, and integrated into nightly builds for wide test coverage and early bug detection.
                  • Collaborate with Producers, Leads, and Project Managers to ensure tight integration of QA with development, certification, and localization efforts.
                  • Establish measurable KPIs for automation coverage, test reliability, and defect detection efficiency, and report progress to stakeholders.
                  • Guide and mentor QA developers across all teams, providing technical direction and career development support.
                  • Author and review QA documentation to establish and uphold quality standards.
                  • Drive all functionality, performance, localization, and certification testing efforts.
                  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of QA team members.
                  • Balance handson and strategic work depending on resourcing and project needs.
                  • Continuously evolve bug reporting, triage, and testing processes to support development, early access, and live operations.
                  • Evaluate, select, and manage external QA vendors, setting clear workflows and KPIs to monitor performance.
                  • Stay current with QA trends, tools, and methodologies, and advise management on opportunities to improve test practices and technologies.
                  • Present QA strategies and findings to internal teams and external collaborators as needed.
