Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)
📍 San Francisco or New York City | 💼 6Month Contract | 💵 $37hour | 🏢 2 dayweek inoffice | 🔁 Potential to convert based on business needs

Ironclad is the #1 contract lifecycle management platform for innovative companies. We’re bringing business contracts into the digital age– and we’re growing fast. As we scale, hiring top talent is one of our highest priorities, and our Recruiting Coordinators are central to how we do it well. They operate with context, maturity, and a clear sense of ownership in the hiring process.

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Ironclad, you’ll be a core member of the team – bringing structure to complexity, anticipating roadblocks before they arise, and ensuring the candidate experience reflects the best of who we are. This role is wellsuited to someone who thrives on context, operates with care, and sees the impact of small details on big decisions.

This is a 6month temporary role with potential to extend or convert to fulltime based on business needs.

Recruiting Coordination at Ironclad is a strong launchpad for high performing, curious people. Several past RCs have grown into new roles within Recruiting Operations, People, and Workplace teams—or expanded their scope into programs like onboarding and enablement.

In this role, you’ll be embedded across the hiring process, collaborating directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and crossfunctional teams. You’ll gain visibility into how strong hiring decisions are made and sharpen durable skills in recruiting, operations, stakeholder management, and candidate experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and orchestrate all aspects of interview logistics, from scheduling to communication to dayof coordination, with precision, care, and a high attention to detail.

  • Maintain visibility across the full recruiting calendar, balancing multiple functions and time zones

  • Deliver a thoughtful, seamless candidate experience at every stage of the process

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to proactively solve challenges and improve interview logistics

  • Bring a teamoriented mindset to every interaction, ensuring clarity, alignment, and followthrough

  • Contribute to recruiting programs and crossfunctional projects that elevate candidate experience and operational excellence such as improving team processes, onboarding, or interviewer enablement

    • What You Bring
      • 2–3 years of coordination or administrative experience, ideally in a highgrowth or startup environment

      • Excellent judgment and creative problemsolving skills. You stay calm under pressure and respond thoughtfully in real time

      • Clear and thoughtful written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with a strong sense of audience and tone

      • Ability to manage multiple moving parts with focus and flexibility

      • A highcontext, highly collaborative mindset. You take initiative, stay curious, and elevate the process for everyone involved

      • Embraces change and ambiguity as part of building something great brings structure to unstructured situations and stays proactive when systems or priorities evolve

      • Comfort with complex software tools like Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Ashby) and eagerness to learn new ones

      • Bonus: Experience with highvolume scheduling in a Recruiting Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar capacity

        • Why Ironclad?

Ironclad’s values– Intent, Empathy, Drive, and Integrity– guide everything we do, including how we hire. You’ll join a Recruiting team that is precise, thoughtful, and teamoriented. On our Recruiting Team we see coordination not as support work, but as essential infrastructure.

We’re a focused, collaborative team with ambitious goals, and we enjoy the work and each other while we’re doing it!

If that sounds like the kind of team you want to grow with, we’d love to talk.

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
