Job Title: Enrollment and Credentialing Coordinator (Remote β Eastern Time Zone Hours)

Schedule: Monday β Friday, 9:00 AM β 5:00 PM ET (8 hoursday, 40 hoursweek)

We are seeking an experienced Enrollment Ancillary Coordinator to support credentialing and enrollment operations for physician groups and healthcare providers. This fully remote role plays a critical function in managing and maintaining credentialing systems, supporting compliance, and ensuring accurate documentation across multiple platforms and partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in enrollment within a facility, urgent care, or hospital setting, and possess solid knowledge of CMS guidelines, MD Staff, Adobe Pro, and Microsoft Excel.
Oversee and manage credentialing activities for physicians and midlevel providers.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records in credentialing databases (e.g., Network Management, CAQH).
Prepare, audit, and analyze credentialing documentation for completeness and compliance.
Coordinate credentialing and recredentialing documentation requirements.
Track and manage credentialing timelines, expirations, and recredentialing cycles.
Program and manage provider applications within credentialing systems.
Generate reports to support credentialing accuracy and data integrity.
Maintain credentialing documents and scanned records for compliance and auditing.
Liaise with physician office staff, practice management, and payer organizations.
Provide status updates, request missing materials, and ensure timely processing.
Present credentialing status in leadership meetings.
Serve as the subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and act as a resource for enrollment and credentialing issues.
Mentor and support Enrollment Specialists and new team members.
Assist in policy development and process improvement initiatives.
Deliver training and maintain job aidsmanuals for ongoing staff education.
Meet deadlines and maintain consistent work quality and pace.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines (e.g., AHCA, CMS).
Support departmental goals and initiatives with a collaborative mindset.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare (e.g., managed care, credentialing, provider relations)
Proven enrollment experience in a facility, hospital, or urgent care environment
Proficiency in CMS standards, MD Staff, Adobe Pro, and Microsoft Excel
Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone business hours
Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Experience supporting managed care operations or credentialing teams
