Remote (preferably in Argentina)
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on Java to join our dynamic team at Tangonet Solutions. This is a remote position open exclusively to candidates based in Argentina. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in both front-end and back-end development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Proficiency in English is a must, as you will be collaborating with our global team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Software Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Java and related technologies.
- Front-End Development: Implement user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and ensure they are user-friendly and responsive.
- Back-End Development: Build and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and databases using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Code Reviews and Testing: Conduct regular code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and ensure the software meets high standards of quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and fix bugs and performance issues in existing applications to ensure smooth user experiences.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in full stack development and incorporate them into your work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development with a strong emphasis on Java and experience in at least 1 international project.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other related frameworks.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Github.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus (as it relates to application development and deployment on these platforms).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Proactive attitude and a continuous desire to learn and improve.
Language: Proficiency in English is a must, both written and spoken.
