Requirements:
- 9 years of relevant experience in business analysis
- A university degree
- Knowledge of business processes analysis and BPMN
- Knowledge of Java environment
- Knowledge of security principles, standards and corresponding implementations in Java environments;
- Knowledge of relational database management systems
- Technos/frameworks: Bizagi; BPMN; Enterprise Architect; Microsoft Office; UML
- Previous experience with European Commision client is an asset
- EU Citizenship is required due to security clearance
- Languages: English (fluent), French (desirable)
Job description
The consultant will join the team working on an IT system for social security bodies across the EU to exchange social security information in a more easy, secure and rapid way through structured electronic documents.
Responsibilities:
- Business Use Case (BUC) analyses;
- Business Process Modeling using BPMN;
- Contact with Ad Hoc Group members and rapporteurs, Data Modeling Group members to describe and BUC and BPMN models.
- Interaction with the development and testing teams for the implementation of the BUCs.
- Writing procedures for business analysis and business process modelling
- Brief and draft solutions for technical and non-technical audiences;
- Participate in workshops and meetings with external stakeholders;
- Train users on applications when required;
- Provides reports, including management reports.
Work conditions:
- Remote working possible but must be based within 2 hours of the office
