Are you a Service Manager with 5+ years of experience? We are looking for a Service Manager for a contract opportunity in Belgium. Remote work is possible during Covid.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in service management and application operations
- Experience interacting with software development, devOps, agile/scrum
- Knowledge of middleware components, especially integration/messaging related
- Experience with intake & follow-up of new technologies within operations and converting them into a working model
- Languages: Dutch and English mandatory
Job description:
- Organising day-to-day operations within domain (deployment team, middleware team)
- Delivery of high-quality components and documentation
- Be the point of contact for technical teams
- Team management
- Secure shape-build-run flow within RUN (collect estimates)
- Middleware lifecycle management (updates, upgrades)
- Handling and following up on escalations
- Follow-up & coordination internal projects / changes
- Support with onboarding to P2 operations (run-book, troubleshooting guide, documentation) including specific processes and monitoring
