Job Description Achieve the set targets for new home loan file acquisition (numbers) and value both at the individual level.
• Achieve the targets with quality acquisitions and timely disbursements.
• Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion
• Maximize sales through a network of DSA by effectively managing connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business
• Identify and develop new builderchannel relationships so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business
• Handling customer queries and complaints related to HL & Mortgages.
• Achieve the revenue processing fee targets. • Be the primary champion to service Home Loan clients and ensure that the service levels are the best. • Ensuring that the process for KYC & AML adhered to.
