Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Technical Architecture Design and implementation of enterprise systems in Salesforce.com (SFDC). Strong proficiency in enterprise integration technologies, preferably RedHat Fuse/Camel.
At least 3 years of experience creating technical architectures for complex Salesforce implementations and full lifecycle enterprise projects.
Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts and their influence on design.
Hands-on experience leading and mentoring technical teams in design, coding, reviews, migrations, and deployments.
