🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for a sharp and driven SEO Manager to step in temporarily and cover a critical role during maternity leave. This position will support our SEO leadership team with highpriority pitch work, strategy development, and delivery oversight across client accounts. The ideal candidate has strong handson SEO expertise, excellent deck crafting skills, and thrives in a fastpaced, crossfunctional environment.

🔑 Core Responsibilities
🚀 Pitch & Proposal Support

  • Lead SEO input for new business proposals and pitch decks
  • Conduct marketlevel keyword research and opportunity sizing
  • Craft compelling search strategy narratives tailored to client goals
  • Collaborate with Editorial, Data, and Strategy teams for integrated storytelling


    • 📊 Strategy & Delivery

      • Review and refine SEO strategies across technical, onpage, and content dimensions
      • Support keyword planning, topic frameworks, and performance projections
      • QA and review content plans and outputs to align with SEO goals
      • Monitor SEO performance on active accounts using tools like GSC, GA4, Semrush


        • 👥 Team & Workflow Management

          • Coordinate with SEO and Data Team members to complete deliverables
          • Act as a quality gate for SEO deliverables during the coverage period
          • Partner with project management and account leads to ensure alignment


            • ✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed

              • 3–5 years handson SEO experience, ideally in an agency or regional setup
              • Proven ability to support or lead SEO workstreams in pitch situations
              • Strong deckbuilding and storytelling skills, especially for nonSEO stakeholders
              • Proficiency with Semrush, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
              • Comfort managing multiple workstreams across APAC time zones
              • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
