  The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks in market promotion activities, detecting fraudulent behaviours, and collaborating with various business teams to support marketing initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, internet finance, and risk control, along with excellent communication skills

  Responsibilities:
  

  • Identify risks on the trading platform, detecting users engaging in arbitrage, unauthorized trading, and other fraudulent activities by addressing platform vulnerabilities
  • Establish and improve risk policies and control processes for trading products, formulating risk strategies for various business areas, including user access control, antifraud strategies, antiabuse strategies for marketing activities, and user fraud transaction strategies
  • Work with the product team to institutionalize and tool risk control strategies
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to uncover black market trends and fraudulent behavior patterns
  • Generate analytical insights and work with relevant teams to optimize risk control strategies

  • Requirements:
    

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
    • Over 3 years of experience in risk control strategy within fintech, consumer finance, traditional banking, or internet finance sectors. Experience in building strategies from 0 to 1 is highly preferred
    • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools such as SQL, Hive, and Spark
    • Strong data sensitivity with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills. Knowledge of AB test design and causal inference is essential
    • Experience in risk control within banking, consumer finance, or internet finance sectors, with knowledge of mainstream data mining techniques, is preferred
    • Excellent communication skills with strong comprehension abilities, capable of effectively articulating complex data insights to various stakeholders
    • Proficient in Chinese will be highly advantageous
