Job description

Position Summary

This IT Services Sales Account Executive will lead the charge for generating sales and relationships throughout the Cybersecurity industry and beyond and is accountable to achieve sales quota within their territoryregion. CHR is seeking to rapidly grow these services with a highly motivated and energized individual who looks forward to the challenge of helping to build and grow our business.

Primary Accountability
  • Achieve Order Value sales quota as defined in the Performance Pay Compensation Plan, for new Clients as the first priority.
  • Responsible for prospecting, presenting, and closing deals that provide new and profitable revenue to CHR.
      • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives within assigned sales territory.
      • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including qualification of opportunities, development of a sales strategy, and coordination of all sales team resources, final negotiation and closing of business.
          • New Clients:
                1. Identify and pursue target clients in the assigned territory.
                2. Identify and pursue who the target market is for CHR Cyber security Products.
                3. Support CHR Sales Professionals execute sales campaigns in their target accounts.
                4. Support CHR Marketing by contacting every lead passed.
                        • Pass all cross sell leads to the appropriate Solution Sales Specialist.
                          • Expand service provided to existing Clients:
                                1. Segment the clients from most potential to least potential to up sell.
                                2. Create a contact plan to touch current clients commensurate with the potential return on investment of time.
                                3. Help build and execute Account Plans for clients nominated by the Sales Professional.
                                4. Escalate client complaints and issues to the appropriate support organizations who are accountable for resolution.
                                5. Pass all crosssell leads to the appropriate Solution Sales Specialist.
                                6. Keep the assigned CHR Sales Professional and Regional Sales manager up to date on all activities.
                                  1. Reporting:
                                    1. Keep up to date information in CHR’s systems of record.
                                    2. Provide timely and accurate management reports including forecasts.
                                    3. Leveraging partners and existing customers in territory to support sales efforts.
                                    4. For all sales opportunities, accurately forecast all sales opportunities by step of sale in line with the 2025 and forward Sales Funnel Reporting Standards.
                                      1. Proposals, Prices, and Statements of Work:
                                        1. Develop and deliver nonbinding Proposals that address:
                                          1. Client Pain Points
                                          2. CHR’s Unique Value Proposition
                                            1. Assist Sales Operations to draft executable Statements of Work and other agreements
                                            2. Presentation of Statements of Work along with the associated pricing and supporting contractual documents for client signature.
                                              1. Travels to and attends trade shows and or meetings as requested by the management team and or portfolio leader.
                                                  • Maintain regular face to face contact with clients and record data to feed sales metrics through CRM system.
                                                    • Education and Experience Requirements

                                                      • 4 years Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus.
                                                      • Minimum of 3 years’ technical sales experience in the Cyber security Industry.
                                                      • Proven track record of successful sales growth.
                                                      • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, outgoing and the ability to interact with all personality types.
                                                      • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
                                                      • Strong negotiation skills.
                                                      • Ability to qualify sales opportunities, apply knowledge of clients’ needs and establish a value proposition that results in new business.
                                                      • Ability to effectively utilize MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
                                                        • Requirements

                                                          • Ability to travel up to 70% by car andor plane may include weekend travel. Current valid driver’s license required.
                                                            • Work Remotely

                                                              Pay rate 55,000$ to 65,000$ Annually.
