About the Position
As a Platform Implementation Manager at Vetcove, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the endtoend onboarding of veterinary clinics onto our platform. From kickoff through postlaunch support, you’ll guide clinics through setup, training, data migrations, and system configuration—ensuring they’re set up for longterm success.
This is both a strategic and handson role. Youll be the primary point of contact for clinics during implementation, while collaborating crossfunctionally with product, engineering, strategy, and support teams. In some cases, you may travel to client sites to support golives to ensure successful deployment.
What You’ll Do
Own the entire implementation lifecycle—from project planning to golive
Act as the key liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams, delivering a seamless onboarding experience
Define project goals, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with client needs and business priorities
Assist and guide clinics through a migration of their existing workflows to a new platform
Build and manage project plans and timelines; identify and resolve blockers proactively
Deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and support clients through system configuration, data imports, and integrations
Regularly communicate updates to internal stakeholders and client leadership to ensure transparency and alignment
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch new features or integrations within the implementation workflow
You Should Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
4+ years managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in a SaaS or techenabled services environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with technical and nontechnical audiences
Proficiency in project management tools and experience building timelines and status reports
Experience working with clinics, healthcare providers, or other medical environments is a plus but not required
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 10–15%)

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is: $70,000year $100,000year + bonus + equity + benefits. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. For Colorado, the salary range is: $75,000 $90,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. This salary range is a good faith estimate of what Vetcove may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The range reflects the base hourly rate or annual compensation (as applicable), and does not include bonus, equity or other incentives.
