Job description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, as well as prospecting new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and energetic individual who thrives in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, educating them about the clients services and identifying their needs and requirements. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify new lead prospects through internet research and social media
  • Responsible for outbound sales activities using sales engagement platform (call, email, social)
  • Manage outreach activities to leads, current client base, and identified prospects
  • Conduct cold calling and warm calling to potential clients
  • Extend the brand through the development of content on Sales to educate the customer
  • Develop and implement multichannel sequences
  • Schedule appointments for Sales Team with potential clients key decisionmakers (Manager, Director, and CLevel executives)
  • Document daily outreach activities, notes, and correspondence
  • Respond to all inbound leads and forward qualified leads to the Sales team
  • Assist Sales Managers and Account Executives with adding new opportunities as leads
  • Provide detailed notes, communication, and any other resources helpful to dealing with success
    • Requirements

      • At least 1 year of solid experience in outbound B2B salesdevelopment
      • Ability to lead and manage a conversation, create emotional engagement, and earn the trust of prospective clients
      • Exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to relay information to potential customers in a clear, friendly, and engaging manner to overcome objections
      • Must be energetic, positive, and persistent, with strong followup skills and a professional cando attitude
      • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
      • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to determine work priorities in an environment with ambiguity and multiple priorities
      • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a crossteam environment (Operations, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing)
      • Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel
      • Experience using CRMs is preferred
        • Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

          • Internet Connection:
            • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
            • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
            • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
                  • Primary Device:
                    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
                      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
                      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
                              • Backup Device:
                                • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
                                • Must be functional during power interruptions.
                                      • Peripherals and Workspace:
                                        • A functioning webcam.
                                        • A noisecanceling USB headset.
                                        • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
