LHGS has a casual MDS Assistant Position available. Qualified applicants must possess current ND RN License. This position requires previous experience in a Long Term Care Facility and experience in the MDS process is a plus. The MDS Assistant will receive all necessary training and receive ongoing support and guidance from the MDS Coordinator and the Director of Nursing. Other duties include but are not limited to: RAI preparation (Resident Assessment Instrument), Care Assessments, Care Plan Development, Resident/patient observation, and other various duties required to successfully complete the MDS process. Must have good time management, communication and computer skills, be self-motivated and be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Education: North Dakota RN Licensure Required
Hours: Hours and benefits are negotiable.
Salary Range: $30.88 to $36.36 depending on experience.
The MDS assistant position is approximately 16 hours per week.
This position has the potential to be a benefit eligible position if the applicant is available to work floor shifts a couple of days a week.
We will consider remote or hybrid workers for this position.
