Hiring AI/ML Engineers for  a Reputed/MNC company located at Bangalore. 

Job Description: AI/ML Engineer
Location: Remote
Experience: 3+ years relevant  
Employment Type: Full - time
 
Role Overview:
Looking for an AI/ML Engineer with experience in building and training custom AI models
that continuously learn from inputs. The role also involves working with LLMs and RAG to
enhance AI applications.

Responsibilities:
•Develop and train custom AI/ML models with continuous learning capabilities.
•Implement and optimize LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) for various use cases.
•Utilize Retrieval - Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance AI responses.
•Work with vector databases for efficient knowledge retrieval.
•Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and low - latency inference.
•Deploy models using MLOps best practices (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
•Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions.
•Monitor and improve model performance, ensuring minimal drift.
Required Skills:
•Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
•LLM fine - tuning and training for NLP applications.
•Retrieval - Augmented Generation (RAG) and embedding - based search.
•Data pipelines, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
•Experience with MLOps and cloud deployment.
