👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Product & Engineering Team

Our Product & Engineering team, consisting of around 20 talented colleagues, plays a key role in delivering highquality features. In our feedbackdriven culture, every voice matters, supporting your personal and professional growth journey.

Together with the team, you will contribute to our DevOpsinspired approach, optimising our product through continuous improvement and simplicity. We focus on JavaScript fullstack development using React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS, and we emphasise collaborative practices such as pair programming to create impactful solutions.
We are also evolving our technical foundation by moving towards a layered architecture, strengthening the scalability, maintainability, and quality of our platform as we grow.

• Develop & Maintain: Develop highperformance, scalable Node.js applications from concept through to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the rest of our developers and product team, contributing to building a great user experience.

  • Node.js: Extensive experience with Node.js and related frameworks, demonstrating a deep understanding of backend development principles.
  • JavaScript & TypeScript: Proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript, with solid knowledge of frameworks like Node.js and best practices for building scalable, maintainable applications.
  • Cloud & DevOps Practices: Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and DevOps practices, including containerization and automated deployment.
