Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in sales development or business development, preferably in SaaS or fintech., Must have payments experience and familiarity with the ISV ecosystem., Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with technical and business stakeholders., Self-motivated with a growth mindset, comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling objections..

Key responsibilities:

  • Prospect into vertical SaaS companies and ISVs through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify leads based on product fit, integration potential, and partnership readiness.
  • Book discovery and strategy meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

About the Opportunity

Join our Xplor Pay vertical as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on ISV partnerships and help shape the future of embedded payments in vertical SaaS. Every outreach you make, every conversation you start, and every meeting you book is a step toward building meaningful partnerships that power the growth of our platform and our partners.

Reporting to the VP of Business Development and Sales, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) that can benefit from Xplor’s embedded payment solutions. You’ll play a critical role in building a highquality pipeline for our Account Executives by targeting vertical SaaS platforms across industries like fitness, wellness, retail, and healthcare.
