Work Schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (AEST) | 6:00 AM-3:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative with minimum 5 years of experience, to generate opportunities and convert these into long-term clients. This is a high-growth opportunity in a company that’s redefining the industry.


What You'll Do
You’ll be the kind of person who:

Your job is to engage, qualify, and convert potential clients into paying customers. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth, working directly with decision-makers to understand their needs and introduce them to client’s services.
  • Call, email, and message inbound leads from Seek and other platforms
  • Qualify prospects and identify their business needs
  • Book and conduct initial consultation calls
  • Present value proposition and close deals
  • Follow up and nurture leads through the sales pipeline
  • Contribute ideas and refine sales strategies with leadership
As we grow, this role has the potential to scale into more hours and greater responsibility for the right candidate.

  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads
  • Experience working with Australian companies (Including strong communication skills that align with Australian business culture)
  • Ability to work independently and manage their own workload effectively
  • A confident communicator who builds rapport quickly and handles objections with ease
  • Sales-driven with a passion for closing deals and hitting targets
  • Organised and proactive with strong follow-up skills
  • Target-oriented and thrives in a performance-based role
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, emails, and sales software
  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer service
